Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Are Out Now!

   I apologize that it took me so long to post this. Since November 21st Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are now in stores! I got both and I love them. Pokemon Ruby is the first Pokemon game I remember seeing in stores and since these are remakes of the original Ruby and Sapphire, I decided to start Omega Ruby first.
   Here are the cases and cartridges: (Sorry that the pictures are a bit blurry.)

   They were easy to beat like X and Y, but that doesn't mean it was a bad game. I loved the story and the gameplay, especially the new Soar feature. Overall I'd give these games both a 9/10! I just wish they'd make the games a little more challenging. And on a side note, in the post game you get generous amounts of legendaries and starters. 

The Delta Episode?!

   Big news guys! There was a video released today and it was so exciting! So long story short there's a new character named Zinnia who has a Whimsur and Mega Salamence and is somehow connected to Rayquaza, there will most likely be an event where you can download Deoxys and go to space and catch it, and many more legendaries to catch! 
   I wonder how Zinnia will be connected to Rayquaza... And I wonder if this is the exciting post game content that they mentioned awhile back. Plus it seems like Wallace has a significant role in "The Delta Episode", and did he mention AZ from X and Y!? Anyways, this was super exciting news and I can't wait to find out more! Also, EIGHT MORE DAYS UNTIL THE GAMES COME OUT!!!

Diancie Event!

   Sorry I'm so late on posting this, but Diancie is finally obtainable! From 10/27 - 11/16 you can go to your local GameStop and get a card with your code for the Mythical Pokemon Diancie! Diancie is a Rock/Fairy type and its signature move is Diamond Storm. I love Diancie and have been looking forward to getting her ever since she was first found by hackers!

ORAS Demo Mega Stones!

   Sorry for the inactivity in the past few days, I've been sick. In better news, I got the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire demo yesterday! Here are the pictures of the new mega stones:

   I'd have to say my favorite mega is Mega Glalie. Mega Sceptile is a close second though!

Catch 'em All in Generation VI!

   Recently the Pokemon Company has said that between Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire you will be able to catch all 719 Pokemon. That's quite a few! I don't know how they will do the Mythical Pokemon i.e. Deoxys, Genesect and Jirachi, but they'll probably have some sort of event in the future. But it is still very exciting that for the first time in Pokemon history, we will be able to catch all Pokemon in one Generation!!!


      

My Least Favorite Pokemon!

   Since it seems like news about Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire has taken a break, I thought I'd post my least favorite Pokemon ever.

   3. Any Pokemon that "Hangs"
   These Pokemon are all at number three for one reason, hanging. I get it, it's a cool idea to have Pokemon that hang from branches of trees and etc. But it doesn't look so cool when they're out in the open air, in fact, it just looks silly. 
                                     

   2. The Lickilicky Line
   They're gross, have painfully average stats, AND a useless Type! The Lickilicky line! Lickitung and Lickilicky just look gross in my opinion. Their tongues are just a little too much. I would just like to forget they were even made...
                                     
   1. The Cradily Line
   Why? Why were these two hideous Pokemon made!? They don't have that great of stats or Types. I just don't get it. I honestly don't.
                                     

Hoopa's Alternate Form: Hoopa Unbound!

   So some hacker(s) have found an alternate form of Hoopa in the coding of the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

   Hoopa is a Psychic/Ghost type Pokemon with the ability Magician. It is #720 in the National Dex. 

                                             

   Hoopa Unbound is a Psychic/Dark type Pokemon and its ability is still Magician. You get this form of Hoopa by taking it to any Poke Mart and showing it to the worker that isn't standing behind the desk. He will tell you a story and will give you an item called the Prison Bottle. If you give the Prison Bottle to Hoopa then it will turn into Hoopa Unbound.

                  

                                  

   It's crazy what hackers can get to nowadays. Just a reminder, Hoopa isn't available yet but I will post about the event when it comes. The only current way of obtaining either form of Hoopa is by hacking the game.

Last 4 Gym Leader Redesigns!

   Today I found the new design for the last four Gym Leaders! I am super excited to share these with you guys!

   

   Wallace is the Water type Gym Leader of Sootopolis City. In Emerald, he was the Champion, but for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire he's gone back to being a Gym Leader.

     

   Winona is the Flying type Gym Leader of Fortree City.

                        

   Tate and Liza are Psychic type Gym Leaders of Mossdeep City.
                   

Update on the Extra Legendaries!

   Today Gamenesia put a video on their website of the Legendaries and how to catch them. If saw the strange dark spot on the north side of the map, now there's an explanation for it. (Here's a map of Hoenn http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140610180618/pokemon/images/8/85/Hoenn_ORAS.png) 
   They are called 'Mirage Spots' and apparently you find them while flying on your Latios/Latias and you can find rare/Legendary Pokemon in them. I predicted that was what it was when I saw the dark spot, so I was right. HOW TO GET THE ORAS DEMO!!!

    GUYS! I was looking through the Internet when I came across how to get the Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire demo in North America! You have to create an account* (if you don't already have one) by October 20th and then on October 21st they'll send out a newsletter via email with the code for the demo in it!                                                        *UPDATE*

   Now you can just go to the Eshop on your Nintendo 3DS (or New 3DS if you're in Japan) and download it just like any other demo. I like that they made it fair so that everybody could have the demo, but now I feel like it's so nonexclusive. (Because it is.) Anyway, it is available in the Eshop for free right now, so go get it while it lasts. 

New Megas Once Again!

   Whoa guys, Megas are being announced a lot here lately. So here are some interesting and unexpected new Megas.

   Glalie is an Ice type Pokemon introduced in Generation III with the abilities Inner Focus and Ice Body. In its Mega form its ability is Refrigerate. It also remains a pure Ice type.

                                           

   Steelix is is a Steel/Ground Pokemon introduced in Generation II with the abilities Rock Head and Sturdy. In its Mega form its ability is Sand Force and it stays Steel/Ground. 

                                          

So I'd have to say my favorite out of the two is Mega Steelix. These were unexpected like the last set of megas (http://thepokenews.blogspot.com/2014/10/october-corocoro-scan.html) Beedrill and Pidgeot. Well, that's all I have for today guys! Unless more info is released. :P

Fly Free in Hoenn!

   I thought this would happen when Mega Latios and Latias were officially announced, but now it's real! You use an item called an Eon Flute to make your Mega Latios/Latias fly. But this is different from flying in the past, you can fly through the sky and do tricks, plus you can land anywhere you want, even routes! Here are some pictures, and they look awesome!!!



    Simply put, I'm about to explode due to how excited I am! NOVEMBER 21ST WON'T COME FAST ENOUGH!!!

Updates on the Legendaries!

   So today the official Pokemon website for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire (www.pokemonrubysapphire.com) showed what extra Legendary Pokemon we can get in the game.
