Saw These and They Made Me Smile!

So as I was in GameStop today I saw boxes for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Obviously they weren't selling them yet and they were just for display. But it was really cool to see them there. The box art is awesome!

Aren't they amazing?! The screenshots of the game look so cool!

Shiny Mega Gengar Download!

So as all of you PokeFans know (or at least should know ;)) today is the day that you can go to GameStop and download a shiny Gengar holding Gengarite. Here's a pic of the card you'll get:

(And don't try to use my code, I already did) So this event will last from today 10/13/14 to 10/26/14. And if you don't have Pokemon X or Y, you should give it a try! They're awesome!

October CoroCoro Scan!

So a few new Megas have shown up in this month's new issue of CoroCoro. The first new Mega Pokemon is Beedrill. Beedrill is a Bug/Poison type and was introduced in Generation I. In his Mega form he keeps his typing but his ability from Swarm to Adaptability.

The second new Mega introduced was Mega Pidgeot. It is a Normal/Flying type and was also introduced in Generation I. When in its Mega form no type changes occur but its normal abilities are either Keen Eye or Tangled Feet, but Mega Pidgeot's ability is No Guard.

The last two Megas have been heard of before, but now the rumor is confirmed! Mega Latios and Mega Latias are now official! They are both Dragon/Psychic type and were introduced in Generation III. For both of them their types and abilities remain the same.
